Have you ever noticed the difference in your day when you KNOW you will have a good day and when you KNOW you are gonna have a bad day? Doesn’t it turn out the way you EXPECTED?
I believe depression or sad feelings has a lot to do with our mental state in the morning. When we first wake up we are setting own tone for the day. By Visualizing and saying Affirmation of things we are grateful for – we set a tone of thanks and appreciation for our day.
By keeping our minds on track first thing in the morning. We can keep our minds on track for the whole day. Focus makes everything easier. Its gives us direction in our day so our Decision become easier.
Focus and Expectation are the keys to having a good day.
The Miracle Morning simply sets up your Focus to set up your Expectations for the day .
Focus: Look at things that make you feel good.
Decision: Your Power is in your Decision and then your Focus to uphold your Decision.
Expectation: What you think will happen… will.
The Miracle Morning helps you maintain Focus on our Decision. You will be able to think about your goals everyday consistently until you hold your self into a place of Focus long enough for you to realize the good things to come into your life.
