Imagination Techniques
Are you ready for three techniques to improve your Imagination?
By practicing these three techniques you will be able to grow a more power field of thought and become more creative in your thinking!
Technique One)
* Read anything and draw the opposite of the content. *
– Just make a quick sketch of the topic of the story, phrase or word. This allows your brain to come up with new story lines and ways to keep your imagination working through brainstorming opposites.
– Having trouble thinking of how to make it opposite? Take key words in the passage you read and think of opposite words or use an online dictionary such as: www.dictionary.com.
Technique Two) Draw three shapes- a triangle, a rectangle, and a circle. Arrange them to form a human body. Add detail to this body. Such as eyes, nose and hair!
– By re-arranging shapes into a recognizable form we are training our brain to recognize patterns and symbols. Which can expand our Imagination by with playing with organization.
Technique Three) Prepare to close your eyes and visualize something you love.
– By visualizing something you love brings you more happy thoughts. By doing this technique you are creating momentum of thought that will ultimately give you a larger visual field – by which your Imagination thrives.
